Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will grant you full command over your email accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can set up a new email box account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect e-mails from one email mailbox to another, create email filters, create autoresponders and defend your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email mailbox accounts against spam emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested emails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox account you wish to redirect e-mail messages from, then select the target mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
